What the app actually does.
A quick tour of Cruciferous Greens. Every demo on this page is rebuilt from the real app: the same data, the same behavior. No stock mockups.
Top set 135 × 8 @ RPE 7, working the 6–12 range
Twelve-rep ceiling @ RPE 8, so +10 lb and back to 8
Set it. Share it.
Build the workout once: every exercise, set, and rep scheme. Send one link, and whoever opens it gets the whole thing: the muscle map, the exercise list, and a Start button that saves it straight into their library.
Programs share the same way. The full block, one link. No retyping from a screenshot. The workout arrives exactly as you built it.
Built for trainers too.
Write the program once and send your clients a link. They open it, save it to their library, and train it. No client accounts to manage, no per-seat fee. Yes, your clients use it free.
If the app earns its keep in your coaching business, consider contributing.
Never lose your workout.
Start a session, then wander. Check your program, glance at your stats. While the workout is active, a Live chip sits in the header. One tap drops you back into your working sets, right where you left them.
The dot pulses while a session is live. Tap the chip to jump back to your working sets.
It tells you what to lift next.
Set a progression rule once: RPE-based double progression, straight linear jumps, or %1RM waves. When an exercise has real history behind it, the app turns the rule into a concrete suggestion. Tap the card to apply it.
No history, no guesswork. Suggestions only ever come from your own logged sets, and each one is labeled with exactly what it's based on.
Estimated 1RM
Estimated 1RM per session, from a real training log. Tap a point to inspect it.
Progression paths.
Double progression, straight linear jumps, percentages of your max, or plain reps. Pick a path per program and the app turns your logged history into concrete suggestion cards. Flip through the paths, then tap a card to try it.
The default. A top set at RPE 8 or under earns another rep inside your range. Hit the top of the range and the weight jumps while the reps reset to the bottom.
Top set 135 × 8 @ RPE 7, working the 6–12 range
Twelve-rep ceiling @ RPE 8, so +10 lb and back to 8
Top of the 8–12 range @ RPE 8, so +5 lb and back to 8
Top of range @ RPE 8, so +10 lb and back to 8
For beginners and comebacks. A fixed jump every session (the default is 5 lb, you set the value), with no RPE gate and no questions.
+5 lb every session, same 5 reps

Loads prescribed as a percentage of your training max, entered by hand or estimated from your best sets. The suggested weight snaps to the nearest 5 lb (2.5 kg metric) so it is always loadable.
Week 1 at 75% of your training max
Auto training max from your best 5-rep top set
Bodyweight work, accessories, timed holds. The load never moves. The reps, or the seconds, climb.
Top set 8 @ RPE 8, bodyweight never changes
Inside your 30–60 s range, +5 s at a time

See what you've actually trained.
Each exercise maps its primary and secondary muscles onto an anatomical front-and-back chart. At a glance you know what's getting work and what's been quiet for three weeks.
The same maps roll up across programs, so a whole training block's coverage is visible before you run it.

Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbells without the mental math.
Log the weight in each hand. The number printed on the dumbbell. Volume counts both sides automatically, and a per-exercise toggle switches to combined weight if you prefer it.
Projected 1RM, heaviest-set PRs, and per-exercise notes ride along on every exercise detail page. Pounds or kilograms, volume or sets. Your defaults live in Settings.
Warm up without thinking.
Say how many warm-up sets you want and the app builds the ladder from your working weight. The sets get tagged warmup and count toward your volume like everything else. They're never added automatically.
Tap Warm-up and the ladder drops in above your working sets: 40% × 5, 60% × 3, weights rounded to 5 lb.
Programs that fit your week.
Build a program out of your saved workouts, or start from a proven template like 5/3/1 or an Arnold split. There's no enforced order and no guilt for skipped days: train the sessions in whatever sequence your week allows.
Your training history, kept.
Every finished workout becomes a log: sets, notes, and PRs, filed by date. A year from now you can see exactly what you did, and what it led to.
Open any exercise for its full story: projected max, heaviest sets, personal records, and the muscles it trains.
Recent entries from a real training log.
The bigger picture.
The stats tab rolls your log up by exercise, muscle, and time range: volume trends, estimated maxes, and where your training actually goes.
Deep when you want it, out of the way when you don't.
Volume by muscle
Weighted volume. Secondary muscles receive 45% of the set’s volume.
Know what you missed.
The stats tab calls out the muscles that haven't seen work lately. No guilt trip, just the gap, so your next block can cover it.
Easy to train what you like. Harder to notice what you've skipped for a month.
Blind spots
How many times did I hit lats this week?
Set counts by muscle and by exercise, across any time range. Programming your next block starts with knowing what this one actually did.
Sets per muscle
Completed sets per muscle, this week.
Just lift. Or dig in the weeds.
The defaults stay out of your way. When you want control, it's there: units, dumbbell weight mode, progression rules per exercise, warm-up ladders, deload scheduling.
Set it once and forget it, or tune every detail. The app doesn't care which.
What it doesn't have.
This is an app truly not trying to sell you on anything. Because of that, here's a list of stuff it doesn't have that other apps do:
- exercise photos/videos
- rest timers
- plate calculators
Other stuff it's got.
